We would encourage customers to approach us as early in this process as possible. It is easier and much more time efficient to put in place correct category positioning, adjacencies and planograms from day one of a refurbishment. If involved early in the process we can also help to ensure that you do not end up buying too many new gondolas, new bay shelving etc.
